So for our first builds around South East Melbourne we're doing this instead: you get the Standard build at the Starter price, and if you're genuinely happy once you're live, you leave us an honest Google review. Social media is great, but you don't own it, and not everyone searches there. A website is the one place that's fully yours, shows up in Google search, and works even for people who aren't on social media at all.
What's actually included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, your domain, security updates, and small content changes — new opening hours, a new photo, an updated price. Think of it as keeping the lights on.
How long does it take to go live?
Most sites are live within about a week of you approving the free mock-up.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The monthly care plan is cancel-anytime. The one-off build fee is the only thing you commit to upfront.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one — it's your business, so it should be your asset.
Can I make changes myself later on?
We'll walk you through the basics when we hand it over, and we're always on call for anything bigger.
You're new — why should I trust you with this?
Fair question, and we'd rather answer it than dodge it. You see a free mock-up of your actual site before you pay a cent, the price is fixed in writing, the domain goes in your name, and the care plan cancels any time. If we don't earn it, you're not stuck with us.
